1. Legal Age Requirement
MJ Delivery is intended for use only by individuals 19 years of age or older. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally eligible to purchase cannabis in Saskatchewan. Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented upon delivery. No exceptions will be made.

2. MJ Delivery Is Not a Cannabis Retailer
MJ Delivery is a third-party delivery coordination platform. We do not sell, produce, or possess any cannabis or cannabis-related products. All products available for purchase on the platform are provided by licensed Saskatchewan Cannabis Retailers, who are solely responsible for:

Product quality and labeling

Packaging and safety compliance

Licensing and legal sales practices

MJ Delivery assumes no liability for the products offered by any retailer on the platform.

3. Retailer Responsibility
All listed retailers on MJ Delivery are independently owned and operated. Retailers are solely responsible for:

Fulfilling customer orders

Ensuring ID verification upon time of purchase

Managing refunds or product issues

Compliance with provincial and federal cannabis laws

Retail partners agree to use MJ Delivery in accordance with all applicable laws and licensing requirements.

4. Delivery Services
MJ Delivery facilitates cannabis delivery through a network of independent contractors and licensed delivery services. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on location, weather, or traffic conditions.

MJ Delivery drivers will:

Require valid ID upon delivery

Not complete a delivery if age or identity cannot be verified

Refuse delivery if a recipient appears intoxicated or impaired

MJ Delivery is not responsible for delays, delivery refusals, or issues caused by incorrect user-provided information.

5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. MJ Delivery does not store payment information. Stripe transaction fees are charged to the Cannabis Retail Partner and may be included in product pricing or added at checkout.

6. Limitation of Liability
MJ Delivery is not liable for:

Any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of cannabis products

Errors or inaccuracies in product listings provided by vendors

Any unauthorized use of your account or personal data (see Privacy Policy)

You agree to use MJ Delivery at your own risk, and to hold harmless MJ Delivery, its team, and contractors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Product Returns & Issues
MJ Delivery does not offer refunds or returns. All requests must be directed to the retailer from which the product was purchased. MJ Delivery will assist in relaying the concern but is not responsible for product quality or satisfaction.

8. Changes to this Disclaimer
MJ Delivery may update this disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in regulation, platform operations, or partner policies. Any updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
