By accessing or using MJ Delivery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview
MJ Delivery ("we", "our", or "us") is a technology platform that connects consumers with licensed cannabis retailers in Saskatchewan for the purpose of placing and receiving legal cannabis orders with delivery. We do not sell cannabis directly and are not a licensed cannabis retailer.

2. Eligibility
To use MJ Delivery, you must:

Be 19 years of age or older or the legal age in your area.

Provide valid government-issued photo ID

Reside within Saskatoon city limits or eligible delivery zones

Agree to these Terms and all applicable laws

Use of the platform by minors or persons attempting to bypass ID requirements is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account or provide personal information to place an order. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Keep login credentials secure

Be responsible for all activity under your account

MJ Delivery reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or local laws.

4. Ordering & Delivery
When you place an order through MJ Delivery:

The cannabis product is sold and fulfilled by a licensed retailer

You will be charged a $7.50 flat delivery fee

You must be present to receive the delivery and show valid ID

The delivery will be made by an independent courier using the Shipday app

If you fail to provide valid ID or appear intoxicated at the time of delivery, the order will not be completed, and you may not be refunded.

5. Retail Partners
All retailers listed on MJ Delivery are independent businesses. MJ Delivery is not responsible for:

Product quality or safety

Pricing or inventory availability

Refunds or customer service related to the products themselves

All issues or complaints related to products must be directed to the specific retailer from whom the item was purchased.

6. Payments & Fees
All payments are processed securely via Stripe

Retailers are responsible for Stripe transaction fees

Delivery drivers are paid $6.25 per delivery

MJ Delivery charges a flat platform fee of $120/month per retailer, with no commission taken on orders

You agree not to dispute or reverse payments unless fraud has occurred.

7. Prohibited Use
You may not:

Use MJ Delivery for illegal activities

Misrepresent your age or identity

Attempt to circumvent ID verification

Resell products purchased through MJ Delivery

Interfere with the platform or other users

Violation of these rules may result in permanent ban and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJ Delivery is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from:

Product use or misuse

Delivery delays

Identity verification failure

Retailer conduct or product accuracy

User error or account misuse

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to MJ Delivery for any reason, including:

Breach of terms

Legal non-compliance

Fraudulent activity

Abusive behavior toward staff or drivers

Retail partners may cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts.

10. Modifications
MJ Delivery may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and applicable federal cannabis laws in Canada.
