We have partnered with Stripe as our Payments processor.
With Stripe, we are able to simultaneously Split the Payments so that you are paid your Order Total, and the Delivery Driver gets their pay as well.
Stripe charges a transaction fee that we have no control over, nor do we mark up for profit.
Their current fee structure is
2.9% + C$0.30
per successful transaction for domestic cards
This Fee Is Automatically Deducted From Your Order Total.

Q: How much does it cost to be listed on MJ Delivery?
A: We charge a flat monthly fee of $120. No commissions are ever taken on orders, and there are no contracts — cancel anytime.
Q: Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
A: No. MJ Delivery is month-to-month. We believe in flexibility and earning your business through results, not contracts.
Q: How do I get paid for my orders?
A: You'll connect your preferred bank account through our secure payout system. Order payments (minus Stripe fees) are sent directly to you on your schedule.
Q: Who covers the Stripe transaction fees?
A: The Cannabis Retail Partner is responsible for covering Stripe’s standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). We have no control over these fees. (MJD will cover the stripe fees on the $7.50 Delivery Fee)
Q: Can I use my own drivers?
A: Yes. You're free to use MJ Delivery’s built-in delivery network, or manage your own delivery if preferred.
Q: How is delivery handled?
A: We use Shipday to dispatch orders to local drivers in real-time. Each driver receives the order, navigates the route, and updates delivery status directly.
Q: How much is delivery within Saskatoon?
A: Customers are charged a $7.50 flat delivery fee within 5km of your location + 1% service fee.
A distance calculation is applied at 0.25 cents per KM beyond 5km.
Q: What do drivers get paid per order?
A: MJ Delivery pays drivers $6.25 per completed delivery, with the rest covering system and support costs.
Q: Can I feature my store or promote special deals?
A: Yes! We offer optional add-ons like homepage features, social media promotion, and seasonal campaign spots. Contact us for custom options.
Q: How Does The Ordering Tip Feature Work?
A: Tips made through the MJD website during the purchase of goods from your Retail Location will be paid out to the Delivery Driver.
Q: Will You Markup My Store's Prices ?
A: Never! As a MJD Cannabis Retail Partner - You have full control over dictating your product pricing.
What you display in store or on your own website, is what will be used on the MJD platform.
We do not, and will ever mark up your product pricing. Your customers pay what you want them to pay.
We do not take any part of your sales, or make anything on your sales.
Q: Who delivers the orders made through my Official business website ?
A: Our platform is planned out in phases, and at this time as we launch - all orders placed through your Official Company website for delivery, will be made my your own in-house team. (We expect this to change in the coming months, where you can request a driver for orders made outside of the MJD platform)
